The Office of International Education and Development is pleased to announce Global Course Link, providing resources for faculty to connect their courses globally during the Spring 2021 semester. All requests will be filled virtually.
OIED is available to help make and schedule global connections for your courses. Here are just a few examples:
Returned study abroad students visiting your class to discuss their experiences
Study Abroad advisors visiting your class to discuss major-specific study abroad options
International student advisors visiting your class to discuss working effectively across cultures
Facilitating conversation partners with students at partner universities
Former grant recipients from around the world speaking to their expertise (teaching, sustainability, civic engagement, etc.)
The form for Global Course Link requests is available here.
Global Course Link runs in addition to Cultural Ambassadors. Cultural Ambassadors is comprised of international students and scholars. You can invite an individual or a group of Cultural Ambassadors to share their international perspectives with your organization or classroom. If your request is a Cultural Ambassador request, please fill out the request form here.
