Djagbo Agro - Benin

After my Master degree in Microbiology and Food Technology, i began in 2013 as the Research Assistant of the West African Farm productivity Program. I worked there until the end of the program in 2015. I was fortunate enough to have published my first scientific article (Optimization of semi-solid state fermentation for processing ablo, a wet steamed bread from West Africa) in 2014. At the same time, I was news caster at LC2 Television from October 2013 to December 2016. Since last may, I've been working as the Permanent Secretary of Benin Poultry Cooperative. I'm responsible for the poultry transformation quality and the communication of the cooperative. I've chosen this work because my goal is to help my country to reach food autonomy.
