Fadimatou Buba has eight years of experience in various fields in the community development sector, especially the dairy sector. She is a training facilitator in a dairy cooperative known as the SURA BARKA Indigenous dairy, where she trains indigenous mbororo women and youth on yogurt, cheese, paneer, and butter production. She also volunteers in the dairy cooperative, where she organizes adult literacy classes for indigenous mbororo women. Fadimatou studied at the higher teacher training college Bambili, Cameroon. Upon completion from the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Fadimatou plans to continue her work in the dairy sector with a focus on creating more dairy cooperatives in the country.
