Michelle Hair serves as Office Manager for International Education. She holds a Bachelors Degree in English from Rollins College. Michelle acts as Budget Coordinator for the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement and Mandela Washington Fellowship Programs at Appalachian.
