Gabriel Chuol Chuol - South Sudan

Gabriel Chuol Chuol has over nine years of professional experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. He is currently the chief coordinator for the Agriculture for Peace and Development organization. In this role, he organizes workshops and awareness-raising campaigns that promote community peacebuilding. He previously worked for the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Investment as an external trade officer and the Kenyan Red Cross as a community mobilizer. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Human Resource Management from Maseno University and an advanced diploma in Legal and Security Studies from the Crown Ways Institute. In addition, he received training in Human Resource Management and Planning from the National Institute of Economics Research and Development in New Delhi, India. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Gabriel is committed to working with victims of natural and man-made disasters and promoting peace and development through community-based approaches.
