A summer program offered through the United States Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the Critical Language Scholarship Program is an intensive study abroad program for American students enrolled at U.S. colleges and universities. The program is designed to increase the number of Americans studying and mastering a foreign language through cultural enrichment experiences.
