He feels great joy to be able to participate in the TEA program and is very excited to be able to learn new teaching strategies to work with students, and he wants to learn strategies and techniques that allow a more effective and fair evaluation process for young people. Likewise, He hopes to share many of the strategies that he currently applies with his students, making this opportunity a great exchange of ideas and ways to improve our educational systems. In the same way he thinks that it will be very helpful to interact with students and colleagues from other countries, as well as to know the educational system of the United States of America.
