Yvonne Che Manka'ah is a dietitian, vice president of the Cameroonian Dietetic Association, and owner of Nutrition and Sustainable Development Association. She works with orphans and persons displaced by the Anglophone Crises in Cameroon. This work fulfills her passion for bringing healthy eating to every Cameroonian through practical nutrition lessons and affordable, nutritious food production. Yvonne is also working towards her goal of boosting the immune system of HIV patients with low CD4 counts through a high antioxidant drink she produces locally. She also works as a counselor and educator with Doctors Without Borders and plans to set up a complete dietetic center that will serve future dietitians, hospitals, and the population at large by implementing nutrition-sensitive programs.
