
Lindsay Pepper is the Director of International Student and Scholar Services and Outreach (ISSSO) in the Office of International Education and Development. She works closely with the ISSSO team and colleagues across campus to support international scholars through the J-1, H-1B, and PERM process; develop policies and processes to support the international student and scholar population at App State; and support campus internationalization. She also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Honors College.
Lindsay earned her BA in International Studies and French with a concentration in Africana Studies from Wittenberg University; she earned a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and an MA in International Studies from the University of Oregon.
Prior to joining App State, Lindsay worked at University of Oregon and Western Oregon University, and has spent time studying and working in La Reunion, Lesotho, Senegal, and India. She is a proud Minnesota native and grew up attending a French immersion school.
