Tips for Applying

  1. Plan 1-2 years in advance of intended departure
  2. Talk with your department chair, dean, a Fulbright liaison, and App State Fulbright alumni.
  3. Attend Fulbright information sessions during International Education Week in November every year.
  4. Receive feedback on your application from the External Draft Improvement Team (EDIT) program, facilitated by the Office of Research and Innovation.
  5. Apply by the relevant deadline.
