Well Track Boost is an online self-help platform available for free for App State Students, and it includes features that assist in tracking moods, assessing mental health, and connecting with campus resources.
Suicide Prevention – If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, help is available. These services are available for those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts and for those who are wanting guidance on how to help a friend. There are in person and phone services available on the site, including anonymous helplines.
