  • IT Support Services  can help with any tech issues related to resetting your password, Duo, connecting to wifi, and laptop/computer maintenance.

Health and Wellness

  • Let's Talk program gives students the opportunity to talk to a therapist from the Counseling Center without an appointment.  You can talk about what is troubling you with academics, friends, family, relationships, or culture.  No topic is off limits.

  • Well Track Boost is an online self-help platform available for free for App State Students, and it includes features that assist in tracking moods, assessing mental health, and connecting with campus resources. 

  • Suicide Prevention – If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, help is available. These services are available for those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts and for those who are wanting guidance on how to help a friend. There are in person and phone services available on the site, including anonymous helplines.

  • Mindfulness Meditations are a free resource to practice meditation in order to focus on the present moment and bring awareness to your thoughts and feelings with an attitude of curiosity, openness, and acceptance.

  • Campus Climate Support Program allows you to report a bias-related incident you experienced on campus.
